“What’s a good concession stand without good coffee? A source of unhappy patrons. This is not something The Gallery Players has to worry about. Peggy Gandrau, the owner of Has Beans Coffee and Tea, approached the theatre two seasons ago and offered to donate coffee and cups for their concession stand. Since then, patrons of this Brooklyn theatre have been enjoying high quality coffee well beyond what the theatre could afford on its own. And to top it off, the coffee generates some income as well.”
